1 apple
2 tbsp toasted muesli
Method
Core the apple, but leave the bottom intact. Stuff the centre of the apple with the toasted muesli.
For school wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
Tip:
Stuff with sultanas or your favourite chopped dried fruit.
