Ingredients
1 orange, sliced
1 bunch of grapes
1 apple, cut in pieces
1 punnet of blueberries
6 strawberries
1 kiwi fruit, sliced
1 wedge of rockmelon, cut in chunks
1 wedge of pineapple, cut in chunks
1 passionfruit
Method
Wash and chop fruit. Arrange fruit on a flat platter. Spoon passionfruit pulp over the top.
Tip
Pack a selection of cut up, seasonal fruit in the lunch box or try a platter of fruit skewers.
Variation
Serve alongside a tub of yoghurt.
