Chocolate and coconut bliss balls

Ingredients
1 cup instant oats
12 pitted dates, chopped
1 cup desiccated coconut
2 tbsp cocoa
¼ cup raisins
Extra coconut for rolling
2-5 tbsp warm water
Method
Step 1. Place all ingredients except the water and extra coconut in a food processor and process until smooth.
Step 2. Slowly add water starting with 2 tablespoons and process until smooth. Add more water if required.
Step 3. Scoop out the mixture and with slightly wet hands roll into 12 balls.
Step 4. Put extra coconut in a shallow bowl and roll each ball in coconut.
Step 5. Place in freezer for 1 hour to set.
