Beef burger patty
400g lean beef mince
1 brown onion, finely diced
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp breadcrumbs, preferably wholemeal
2 medium carrots, finely grated
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix with hands.
Shape into 4 patties about 2cm thick. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Cook patties by grilling in a pan or on the BBQ with a little olive oil.
Tip: Serve with your favourite salad and a slice of cheese on a wholemeal bun.
