Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
1 cup reduced fat natural yoghurt
1 tbs sultanas
1 apple, grated (optional)
Method
Mix together yoghurt, oats, sultanas and apple if including.
Tip
Top with your favourite chopped fruit.
Variation
Try flavoured yoghurt.
