Yoghurt with oats and sultanas

0.5 serves of fruit in each serve

   0.5 serves of fruit when apple included

Diet and Allergies:



½ cup rolled oats
1 cup reduced fat natural yoghurt
1 tbs sultanas
1 apple, grated (optional)


Mix together yoghurt, oats, sultanas and apple if including.

Top with your favourite chopped fruit.

Try flavoured yoghurt.
