1 cup unsalted plain popcorn
¼ cup dried apple
¼ cup sultanas


Place all ingredients in a snap lock bag and give a little shake.


Divide and store in individual containers go you can just grab and go in the morning.


Replace the dried apple and sultanas with dried apricots and raisins or any other dried fruit you have in the pantry.
