Mediterranean vegie pita

3 serves of vegetables per pita

Diet and Allergies:



1 wholemeal pita, sliced in half
¼ cup hummus or Babaganoush
¼ cup grated carrot
1 handful baby spinach

For extra interest try also adding one of these:
¼ cup no added salt canned chickpeas, drained & rinsed
2 tbsp feta cheese, crumbled
3 sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
3 Kalamata olives, halved


Spread the dip inside each pita pocket. Place the rest of the ingredients in the pocket.
