Healthy banana split pots
2 bananas, sliced
½ lemon juiced
1 cup reduced-fat natural yoghurt
½ cup crunchy muesli (see recipe)
1½ cups mixed berries
1 tbsp honey
Lightly brush the sliced banana with lemon juice. In 4 mason jars or plastic containers, layer the banana, yoghurt, muesli and berries and drizzle with a little honey.
You can also replace the natural yoghurt with reduced-fat and no added sugar fruit yoghurt and omit the honey.
