2 slices bread
1 tsp reduced salt margarine
1 slice reduced-fat cheese
4 slices tomato
Cracked pepper (optional)


Spread the bread with margarine.
Top one slice of bread with cheese and tomato.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Place the other piece of bread on top.
Cut into your favourite shape.
