Berrylicious smoothie
Serves: 2
Preparation time: 5 minutes


1 cup mixed frozen berries
1 medium banana, peeled
1 cup reduced-fat milk
½ cup reduced-fat natural or strawberry yoghurt


Place all ingredients in a blender and process on high until smooth.


Add 2 teaspoons of chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut for a more filling smoothie.

Tip: At home, freeze unpeeled bananas and add to make a thicker smoothie.

Makes 2 kid sized smoothies.
